Information About Visiting the Northern Lights
About Northern Lights: We are Central Texas' Newest Drive Thru Christmas Light Display which features nearly 1 million lights synchronized to music and spread over a mile long driving trail. We combine the classic static Christmas wireframes and wrapped trees, with the computer controlled musically synchronized lights of today. There’s sure to be something to enjoy for every member of the family!
DATES & TIMES:
It is open nightly from Nov 24th through Dec 31st from 6-10pm. We use a timed ticketing system to help keep entry wait times down. Tickets should be purchased ahead of time ONLINE buy using the “Buy Tickets” button at the top of the page.
AFTER PURCHASING TICKETS:
Once you buy your ticket online, you will be asked if you would like it emailed to you, or downloaded to your phone. If you select email, and do not receive the email, feel free to let us know at the gate and we can look you up and re send it to you. In order to speed up your entry into the display, please have the QR code/barcode on the email (or your phone) ready to show the attendant at the ticket window.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
Pets are allowed, but must stay in the vehicle at all times. This is a drive thru ONLY display, so please stay in your vehicle while driving thru the display. We have a photo stop at the end of the display where you can take family pictures with some our newest props, if you so choose. If you are planning on carpooling, please meet up somewhere and combine into 1 vehicle BEFORE heading out to see our lights. We do not have any parking available for people carpooling. Anyone who parks and leaves their car along Church Rd runs the risk of being towed at their own expense. Please do not load people into the back of an open pickup truck, as this is a safety and insurance violation.
*No vehicles over 8 ft tall or longer than 22 feet. Sorry, no trailers, buses, limos, or RV's allowed. 15 passenger vans are allowed as long as they do not exceed the height requirements. You may squeeze as many people as you can comfortably fit on the INSIDE of your vehicle.
DIRECTIONS:
Please do NOT use GPS to find us! Instead use the following directions:
From San Antonio: Take I-10 EAST To FM 775 South (turn right) toward La Vernia. Go 7 miles through New Berlin and turn LEFT on FM 467. Go 3 miles and then turn LEFT on Church Rd. We are 1/4 mile down on the RIGHT.
From Seguin: Take TX-46 SOUTH to FM 467 (turn RIGHT). Go 11 miles to Church Rd and turn RIGHT. We are 1/4 mile down on the RIGHT.
From New Braunfels: From I-35, take TX-46 SOUTH toward Seguin. Go under I-10 and go another 4 miles to FM 467. Turn RIGHT on FM 467, and go 11 miles to Church Rd.. Turn RIGHT and we are 1/4 mile down on the RIGHT.
